Tom Boschma
Tom is the owner of the business and is Vice-Chairman of Victorian Branch of The Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association. He tries to focus on management/ business systems, although he would much rather be out on-site doing hands-on termite work. He sails on a small yacht at weekends with his wife Tanys, and spends most Wednesdays working on the long job list at his home in Kangaroo Ground.

Dianne Hodges
Dianne has been working at STC since 2000 as office manager. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She also enjoys travelling to warm places, diving and archery.

Job Coordinators

Jackie Norton
Jackie has been handling operations and the telephone in the termite office since 2001, where she 'job shares' with Dianne. Jackie is married and has three sons, and she likes to watch them play their sports. Jackie also likes reading and watching Essendon play football.

Joanne Trovato
Joanne is married with three daughters. Along with running a building business with her husband, she works part time in the termite office. She likes to holiday in tropical North Qld, where the weather and sea are warm. She enjoys watching Carlton play footy, and finding quite times to do a little reading. Joanne 'job shares' with Jackie and Dianne in the office.

Termite Specialists

Darren Musgrave
Darren has worked with STC since 2002, and enjoys all aspects of termite control. Darren services the North-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Peter Bakes
Peter has been with STC for nearly four years and is now a termite specialist. He looks after clients in the Bulleen/ Box Hill/Doncaster/ Warrandyte areas. Peter lives with his family in Montmorency.

Robert Boschma
Robert started with the termite business during his teens, helping out the termite specialists with their jobs. Today he has his licence and has just about finished his formal training course. Robert services clients in Bundoora, Watsonia and Greensborough areas. He likes camping with his friends, and loves Wilsons Prom.

Richard Boschma
Richard has been helping out in the termite business for a few years, but has recently decided to get serious and obtain a license. He is a trainee and is gradually learning the art of termite control. He is focussed on builder's work - providing the range of both chemical and non-chemical protection for new constructions.His 'other job' is to play guitar and write songs in a band. We sometimes lose him for a few days if there is a tour on.
